AutoRebar 2027 (v3.5) update:

AutoRebar objects are now allowed in external references (xref files).
The BBS command now processes all Marks included in nested external references and block definitions.
The BBS by selection command maintains the original behaviour and processes only Marks directly included in the selection set.
Fixed a bug that occurred when a Spiral object was exploded while being in a modality other than double line.
Fixed a minor bug that caused the Add-delete scale command from the palette not to open the Scale tab in the settings form.
Full, Free and Trial tiers have been consolidated into a single software package.
Architectural transition to .NET 8: superior performance and future-proof AutoCAD compatibility.
Dropped compatibility to older AutoCAD versions (2015 to 2024) due .NET 8 transition.
